Developed by me, Olivia R. Snipes, as a means of encompassing holistic practices such as breathwork into the exercise routine, the S.U.P.R.E.M.E Full Body Fitness Challenge is designed to challenge you with room for reasonable adjustments based on activity level capabilities and fitness goals.

** After a brief 3-5 min. warm-up, please enjoy the below full body workout. Feel free to modify & adjust where necessary for safety & comfortability. **
S wing kicks 2 sets x 5 repetitions each leg
U pper trunk rotations (*standing or supine/ lying down on back); 5 on each side hold each stretch for 10 seconds
P ush-ups 15-30, max 45
R est *Grab some water if needed*
E xtensor / Leg Extensor machine *OR Squats 3 sets x 30-45 repetitions
M arches in place for 30 seconds
E xhale (*do some open chest breathing standing, sitting or lying down on a mat, towel or blanket
